The "Social Work Test Prep" website located at socialworktestprep.com (including any and all sub-domains) and any and all services and software provided through or by such website(s) (whether over the Internet, by mobile platform or otherwise) or otherwise in connection with Social Work Test Prep, LLC (and any related software and services), collectively referred to as the "Site," is owned and operated by Social Work Test Prep, LLC. The users of the Site, including anyone that accesses, browses or uses the Site, are referred to as "you" or "User." Social Work Test Prep, LLC is referred to as "SWTP," the "Company," "we," or "us." The Site can be accessed, browsed or used through a variety of online, mobile or other platforms as SWTP decides to make available (in its sole and absolute discretion) and/or discontinue from time to time.

User privacy is very important to us, and accordingly this Privacy Policy (the "Policy" or "Privacy Policy") documents how we intend to collect, use, disclose and protect any Personal Information of yours (as defined below) that is received by us in operation of the Site. We seek to handle your Personal Information in a manner that complies fully with privacy laws and regulations applying to SWTP and its Users.

Collection of Information from Unregistered Visitors

The Company operates and maintains the Site at socialworktestprep.com (and any and all sub-domains thereof) as well as adaptations, archives, mirrors and other versions of the Site (whether in online, offline, mobile and/or other platforms). In general, you can visit the online version of the Site using a web browser and view basic content while remaining unregistered and not disclosing any Personal Information; provided, however, that the Site must utilize your IP address to connect to your browser and may directly or through its affiliate's integrated code, read and set browser cookie data.
