The best and easiest method for Exam anxiety, especially for people who really believe anxiety has been a problem in past testing: Xanax or Lorazepam. Shown to increase test scores and known the world over for anti-anxiety. Just use it. Talk to your Dr. and let them know about the problems you’ve had before. Then use it at least 3 times BEFORE you go for the real test, maybe during practice tests or at other stressful times. It will change your approach to the test because it eliminates (greatly reduces) anxiety.

I have a question about the LCSW.
How do I get the 3200 hours that I need (want to work in California)? What’s this process like? Do you enter into some sort of program to complete these hours? Does your school help you find placement?
Do you get paid during these 3200 hours? If so, about how much is it?
