Speaking even further, we must realize when studying even the basics of the material, the bits away from the vignettes (ie: bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance dependence, etc.)and prepping for diagnosing, we may be reading about our families, ourselves, or other loved ones.  We may find that just taking notes on one of these diagnosis can hit home and trigger us.  It&#039;s important to find a support system and ways to release these triggers so that we can keep our heads on straight, keep focused and pass the exam.</description>
