Here’s something to try while running practice questions (or taking the test): Pump yourself up by trying on a little attitude. Think, “I know this.” Be smug about it. The question is a waste of time, too easy, unworthy of the enterprise.
Or take it a step further: Think, “[PERSON NOT IN THE FIELD] knows this.” The question is so easy that there’s no need to even have gone to social work school to get it. Keep going: ”My kid knows this.” ”My dog knows this.”
Beats being overwhelmed and at war with the impossibility of the test. See how it goes.

one thing that makes me feel better is that they say the test is designed to test the “minimum knowledge” of the clinical practitioner. meaning most of us, if we qualify to take the exam, we’re probably over qualified anyway :).
