Best answer: C) Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder.

OCPD is characterized by perfectionism, rigidity and stubbornness, all characteristics demonstrated by this client.

Obessive-Compulsive Disorder is dx’d when intrusive, repetitive thoughts resulting in compulsive behaviors are present.

GAD: Excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry about everyday things that is disproportionate to the actual source of worry.

Antisocial Personality Disorder: A pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others that begins in childhood or early adolescence and continues into adulthood.
